As CEO, he oversees the organization’s mission, partnerships, and programs, ensuring that young people are equipped with the skills, leadership capacity, and opportunities needed to thrive.

With a strong passion for youth development and social impact, Kevin works closely with partners, ambassadors, and communities to design and scale youth-led initiatives that create sustainable change. His leadership is driven by a commitment to inclusion, innovation, and empowering young people to become active contributors to Africa’s development.

Under his guidance, AYA Africa continues to grow as a youth-led social enterprise, building a strong network of changemakers and expanding its impact across multiple countries.
